About Us
Ed Idea is a non-profit educational organization founded by Dr. Rachel Holloway, and collectively, the organization has ambitious goals.
We believe that truly meaningful change in education starts with the people who shape student experiences every day. This belief informs how we work with educators, schools, and learning communities.
We know that educators need resources that reflect the reality of their work and the individuality of the students they serve, because no two learners are alike. That is why we focus on solutions that respond to real needs in real settings rather than expecting every school to fit the same model. With this mindset, we’ve developed training, guidance, and practical tools to strengthen teaching practices and support more inclusive, responsive learning environments while also helping educators, parents, and coaches better support student needs.
We also know that improving outcomes takes more than good intentions. From our team's experience, we know that educators need useful strategies, reliable systems, and support that can carry into daily practice. That is why our work extends beyond professional learning alone.
We also help schools and educators navigate the structures that shape student success, including planning, advocacy, and individualized support. The aim is to help turn good ideas into action in ways that fit the people and priorities within each community.
That same commitment continues to shape where edIDEA is headed. This is not a finished concept built to stay the same year after year. It is work being created from the ground up and refined over time, with the understanding that educational support should continue to improve as needs change.
